  • Project rates, imagery, floor layout maps, dimensions, and descriptions are subject to revision without active warning.
  • Calculators (e.g. Investment Planner) generate estimates for informational purposes only and cannot substitute official pricing or bank sheets.
  • Potential buyers are urged to perform legal searches or match government registers before committing downpayments.

03/ Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Compliance

We completely subscribe to regional housing acts and laws including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). Listed properties are either registered under respective local RERA registries or fall within exempt boundaries. Agent registration values and promotional certificates are available upon specific direct request.

04/ Financial Transactions & Fees

Any deposits, token amount bookings, advances, or transaction handling occurs strictly outside our public website via secured official bank pipes or escrow configurations. Blue Square Premium Consultants are authorized to charge standard commissions/brokerage fees on matches which are documented inside the respective exclusive mandate forms.

05/ Intellectual Property Rights

All branding typography, logo elements, videos, structural blueprints, layout templates, code files, and curated properties data featured on this website are protected under copyright, trademark, and trademark asset classifications of Blue Square Infra or their respective content creators. Any non-authorized scraping or reuse is strictly banned.

06/ Limitation of Liability

Blue Square Infra, its business founders, directors, and administrative consultants shall not be held liable for any direct, collateral, indirect, exemplary, or financial losses caused due to listing delays, software maintenance, technical performance issues, or investment actions taken based on materials displayed on this website.
